INGREDIENTS: 2 tsp oil ,1 cup paneer , half cup frozen green peas, 3 tomatoes, 8 cashew nuts, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp garam masala,1tspKasoori Meethi , 1 tsp Malla Curry Powder ,Half tsp Dhaniya powder, half tsp Cumin Powder, salt as needed ,one forth tsp Turmeric Powder.

METHOD OF PREPARATION: Boil the tomatoes and cashew nuts for 7 minutes, Once it is cool, drain the water and grind this into a smooth paste. Filter this and keep aside. Ina bowl add the red chili powder, Malla Curry Powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt. Add little water and mix it well. In a pan add oil and add this mixture. Cook for a minute and add the tomato cashew puree. Let this cook for 7 -10 minutes. Now add 1 cup water and add the paneer cubes and peas. Let this cook for 10 minutes. Add the Kasoori Methi at this stage and cook for 3 minutes. Add few chopped coriander leaves. Switch off the flame, Mater Paneer is ready. Now you can serve this with Roti, Naan or Jeera Rice.
